RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE CONTESTANT

1. Must be a Ugandan by Nationality and genetically born Female.
2. Must NOT be married, never been married or have any children.
3. Shall have attained the age of 18 years and not older than 29 years on or before the participation date.
4. MUST be a person who has good communication skills and enjoy talking to other people;
5. MUST be a person of good character, possess charm, poise and personality and be fit and healthy;
6. MUST be a person who wants to be an International Queen.
7. MUST have a strong commitment in the pursuit of excellence.
8. MUST have a strong desire to represent your country or region and be an ambassador overseas as well as at National and International events.
9. Good moral character.
10. Has not engaged in obscene photo-shoots, including Lingerie or nude shoots.
11. Has not engaged in prostitution or any form thereof Has not participated in any obscene or X-rated exhibitions, whether print, stage, television or movies, Has not worked as a Model, Hostess or any similar capacity in stablishments generally reputed to be “girlie” joints.
12. Has not been convicted of any crime.
13. Must have minimum height of 5 feet and 7 inches.
14. Must be of good moral character and should not have posed nude for any Adult magazine, photos must not be found nude in the internet on undesirable web pages.
15. Must be able to express herself in English in addition to native language.
16. Must have no visible tattoos or extra body piercing.

17. All contestants should do videos planting a tree and tag all Miss Tourism socials.

18. All contestants should add hashtags to their posts #MissTourismUganda #TourismandPeace #LetThePearlShine

19. All contestants should attach a soft copy of their national ID.

Note:

Miss Tourism Uganda reserves all the rights of cancelling any contestant or applicant who does not meet the standards, terms and conditions of Miss Tourism Uganda before the Regionals or after.
Miss Tourism Uganda has a right to use your photos for marketing and branding purposes.
